María Fernanda Rodríguez (ES) is visiting language professor for Spanish at the College of Europe.
She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Hispanic Studies (Philology), followed by a Master's degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training at the University of León. In London, she completed her training with a certification in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language to Adults at the International House of London.
She has worked in different languages schools in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Switzerland. After moving to Belgium in 2000, she has worked for private companies such as Engie, Tractebel and Euroclear, as well as for Belgian public institutions (Agence Wallonne à l’exportation, Wallonie-Bruxelles International). She works as a Spanish teacher for the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2010 and for the European institutions since 2017. She began collaborating with the Cervantes Institute in Brussels in 2021.
