Guest Lecture by Minister of European Affairs of Montenegro

Last week, we had the honor of hosting the 

, Ms. Maida Gorčević on campus.

Minister Gorčević discussed with our students the “Accelerated Enlargement Policy in the Western Balkans’ by focusing on the 🇲🇪 Montenegrin case.  

The Minister shared insights and practical experience from the accession process as well as the preparation and implementation of the Growth and Reform Plan of Montenegro.

She responded generously to our students’ interest on the reform of Montenegro public administration, the strengthening of capacities as well as the geopolitical dimension of the accession process.  

Our resident professor, Odeta Barbullushi, moderated the discussion and shared her expertise on the enlargement policy and neighbourly relations in the Western Balkans.
