European think tanks visited our Tirana campus

Our network of partners in Europe keeps growing.

Last week, we welcomed researchers from leading, including the Jacques Delors Institute, Carnegie Europe, Clingendael Institute, Open Society Institute, and the German Council on Foreign Relations, all part of the ‘Balkans Hub’ initiative.

During their visit, the group met with our resident professor, Odeta Barbullushi, as part of their study tour in Albania. Their discussion was focused on the Albania’s EU accession process, the expectations of domestic public opinion, as well as perceptions of enlargement in EU capitals.

They also explored the steps that both Albania and the EU need to take ahead of 2027, and the partnerships between the College of Europe and the European think tank community.
